These terms of service govern the use of the games developed by ERD-3-M Studios and offered on Google Play (starting with "Son Mektup" / The Last Letter) and of the erd3mstudios.com website. By downloading, purchasing or playing a game, you agree to these terms.
Seller
ERD-3-M Studios is a sole proprietorship owned by Mustafa Erdem and registered in Türkiye (Balıkesir, Türkiye). Contact: [email protected]. The seller's full contact details are also shown on our developer page on Google Play.
Licence
When you obtain a game from Google Play, you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to play it on your own devices for personal, non-commercial purposes. The game and all rights in it remain with ERD-3-M Studios; a purchase grants a licence to use the game, not ownership of it.
Purchases, payment and refunds
Paid games and any in-app products are sold only through Google Play. Payment, pricing, taxes, billing and refunds are handled under Google Play's own terms and refund policy. For a refund you can use Google Play's refund process or email us. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law.
Rules of use
Except where applicable law expressly allows it, you may not copy, distribute, sell, rent or publish modified versions of a game, reverse engineer it, or use its content (art, sound, music, text) for commercial purposes outside the game.
Intellectual property
The names, logos, stories, code and original content of our games belong to ERD-3-M Studios. Openly licensed third-party assets used in the games are subject to their own licences and are listed in the in-game credits.
Updates and access
We may update our games to fix bugs, make improvements or meet legal requirements. Updates are delivered through Google Play. To run properly, your device must meet the requirements stated on the game's store page.
Liability
We develop and test our games carefully, but we cannot guarantee that they will run uninterrupted or error-free on every device. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of a game. Liability that cannot be limited by law and your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Privacy
Information about personal data is on our Privacy Policy page. Son Mektup does not collect any personal data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live and may turn to the competent consumer authorities under those laws.
Changes
If these terms change, the updated version will be published on this page with its update date.
